ROADHAUS EVENT INQUIRY FORM

We very much appreciate your interest in hosting your event with us. Please take a moment to tell us about what you have planned, and our event manager will respond soon after with more information about our rates and services!

Note that pricing and rates will vary depending on the location of the event and its proximity from downtown Austin. The base rate starts at $3,000, which includes: 1) a site visit before the event; 2) procuring a short-term offsite event permit; 3) planning, ordering, preparing, stocking, and transporting all ingredients & supplies; 4) staffing during the event; 5) labor for the days spent before and after the event setting up, transporting the truck to the venue, loading out, and breaking down; 6) travel time & vehicle expenses (gas, insurance, etc.); 7) coordinating any and all additional services. The cost for food, beverages, equipment and furniture rentals, etc. are an additional charge to the base rate.
